2017 Spring Lambs
Our lambing season is always a guess to what will happen. I am pleased to say this year went wonderfully!
Our three ewes all had little lambs healthy and happy. We are now enjoy the sweet little ones and their fun playful antics. Coco had a sweet little ram who is the friendliest out of them all, I think it's because he's an "only child". Amber is the proud mama of identical ram and ewe siblings who are full of mischief and fun. Our third time mama Ella is a pro at this and her little ewe and ram stay right with her and copy every move she makes.

March 2016 shearing. Thanks to Kevin Garrison 806-781-7530. Give him a call, he comes out of FW Texas. He did an excellently quick shearing and hoof trimming for us.
Get Your Goat
Sheep aren't the only things here on ASR. We have a love for many animals. Our most recent addition here is a Mama Nigerian/Pygmy Dwarf goat, Freckles, and her two bucks Peter and Paul. I have to say sheep are sweet and mostly docile but goats bring a special kinda silliness in their antics. - July 2017
Booboo our Ram is the father to our 2017 spring ram and ewe lambs
Hoping all these lovely ladies will be birthing this April. Can't wait for sweet little lambs - March 2016
Colie is so friendly and seems to be the first one to approach you. Looking for those sunflower seeds - March 2016
Ella and Plotulopi are always a team. They are also always watching over the flock. They will make great mothers - March 2016
Our sweet ewes hanging out at the barn - March 2016
During shedding season these poor rams are a mess - March 2016
I have chicken fever. They warned me that once you get attached to them you can't get enough of them, so true - March 2016
Chickens have grown up. Won't be long from now till I'm gathering eggs.
